Setup
We register your domain name and configure your webspace and email accounts.
Consultation
We work with you to create an original look and feel for the site. We help you consider the use of different designs for areas of the site.
You are consulted at all stages of the design process and have the final say in what goes forward.
Design & Development
We will develop at least one completely original, bespoke design/layout for your site.
We will also add your school name and 'badge' to a range of standard templates for use in various ways across the site. For example different templates can be used for different types of content such as news / events / photos or to create a separate look for registered users .. or have a different look for infant and junior pages.**
You can select which components you wish to use from our existing range or we might work with you to develop something new. These are things like a diary of events, photo albums or a virtual filing cabinet for documents.
- All the features in our demo site are available as standard at no additional cost.
Maintenance & Support
We help you to fill your site with relevant content, such as articles, images and documents and we continue to support you if you choose to take over the management of content and site structure.
You nominate a member of staff (Head or Admin staff) to be the site-administrator to take care of user-registration and other 'housekeeping' admin tasks via the site Control Panel
We work with you to help you understand how your site works and what is required for effective content management through paper-based tutorials and online/CD based video-tutorials.
You join an online community of users via the members area of this site giving you access to the knowledge base
We make new content, such as weblinks, available to you as well as new 'components' and 'modules' to enhance your site**
We can arrange to visit your school to train your staff in content-management and how to use the site-building tools with children **
